The questions everyone asks about money.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. The monthly arrangement runs month to month and you can stop it whenever you like. We'd rather keep you because you're happy than because you signed something.

If I leave, do I keep the website?

Yes. Your domain's always in your name. By default we hand the site over in full, and if you leave the care plan we hand over the files and help whoever takes over.

Why monthly? Why not just pay once?

You can pay once and look after it yourself. The care plan exists because a website isn't furniture. Hours change, prices change, things break. €30 a month covers someone looking after it properly.

What if I need changes later?

On the care plan, send us a message and we do it. If you've taken the site over, we quote the change when it comes up, and small things are usually small.

Do I need to understand any of the technical side?

No. You'll never be asked to log into anything, install anything or renew anything. If we need something from you it'll be a photo, a price or a yes.

Why do some things have a price and others don't?

The review card (€30) and the care plan (€30 a month) are the same for everyone. Anything made around your business is different every time, so it gets a written quote.
