Does the customer need an app?
No. Modern phones read the card as they are. They hold the phone near it and your review page opens in the browser.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Every iPhone from the XR onwards and almost every Android sold in the last few years can read it, with the screen on and unlocked.
What if I don't have a Google profile yet?
We set one up and verify it before the card ships, so your business shows on Maps and in search as well.
Can one card serve a whole counter?
Yes. The card isn't tied to a phone or a customer, so the same one can be tapped all day. If your counter is long, a second card at the other end helps.
Can I choose which page it opens?
By default it opens your Google review form, because that's where the card earns its keep. We can point it at your website or WhatsApp instead if you prefer.
